While we take great care in our work and aim for accuracy and quality, every business journey is unique. For that reason, LaunchWorks cannot guarantee specific business results, financial performance, or funding outcomes.

LaunchWorks provides business planning support and educational guidance only. Our services:

• Are not a replacement for legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice

• LaunchWorks is not responsible for any losses, damages, or outcomes that result from how you use our services, templates, or business plans

• All materials are used at your own discretion and risk

• We are not responsible for errors or outcomes related to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

 

Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials created by LaunchWorks remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use your completed business plan and related materials for your own business purposes. Sharing, reselling, publishing, or redistributing LaunchWorks materials without written permission is not allowed.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

To ensure the best possible results, clients agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information about their business, goals, and industry

2. Review materials and respond in a timely manner when feedback is requested

3. Use all delivered plans and resources responsibly and for their intended purpose

 

Acceptance

By using LaunchWorks services, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a business plan package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
